1. Return conditions
The product must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged;

The product must be in its original packaging;

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: Since the wooden lamp stand is made of natural materials, wood grain, color difference, slight knots, etc. are normal phenomena and are not considered quality issues and cannot be used as reasons for return.

2. Non-returnable situations
The product has been used or obviously processed

The return application period has expired

Customized, limited or specially marked as “non-returnable” products

Damage caused by personal reasons of the customer (such as installation error, water immersion, impact, etc.)

3. Return process
Contact customer service via email skyeshop@timberlampstand.com, explain the reason for the return and attach the order number and product photos;

After confirmation by customer service, you will receive the return address and instructions;

Please properly pack the product and send it. It is recommended to use a trackable transportation service;

We will complete the refund within 7 working days after receiving the product and inspecting it.

4. Shipping cost instructions
If the return is due to product quality issues, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs;

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, not in line with expectations), the shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

5. Refund method
The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes to arrive in your account depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.
